How to Use: 

• Apply Activated Charcoal Toothpaste or Moringa Toothpaste on your dry Bamboo Toothbrush
• Apply in circular motions across your top and bottom teeth focusing on your teeth and gums 
• Let the mixture sit on your teeth for three minutes for best results
• Rinse out several times (more than you would regular toothpaste)
• Do not use more than 4-5 times a week
